We welcome any comments that you have about the service that we provide. You can comment about our service here or if you wish to comment in person then please call 01604 419600.

When adding a comment, you can simply leave your intials and/or a brief description of who you are, instead of your full name to the name entry box if you wish to. Also you do not need to add anything to the home page section and your email address will not be made public.

Unless client concerns are made known to Harlestone Home Care then the company is powerless to make the necessary changes to ensure the correct standard of care required by the client is reached. With this in mind, we ask that people please inform us of any areas that they are unhappy with or that would benefit from improvement.

Complaints can also be made with the Care Quality Commission and the local Adult Care Team and you can find details of these bodies in the information section of this website.
