Unless client concerns are made known to Harlestone Home Care then the company is powerless to make the necessary changes to ensure the correct standard of care required by the client is reached. With this in mind, we ask that people please inform us of any areas that they are unhappy with or that would benefit from improvement.
Complaints can also be made with the Care Quality Commission and the local Adult Care Team and you can find details of these bodies in the information section of this website.
