We as a family would like to thank you so much for the care you gave my mother during the last few months and stepping in at the last minute. Every member of your staff was excellent and one in particular was especially good picking up that she was not well and sorting things for us during this difficult time.
I would not hesitate in recommending you.

We would just like you to pass on our appreciation and gratefulness to one of your staff members tonight as we have seen that nan was being difficult and the care worker was so patient and consistent with her.
We really appreciate the hard work and care towards nan it really hasn’t gone unnoticed by the family.

I hope you are all keeping well 🤞. I wanted to drop you a line to express my gratitude for the care you have given Mum (and me!). I’m sorry it’s taken me so long to send this much overdue message . I can’t believe how time has flown and how, unbelievably, I’m busier than ever ! I have nothing to complain of though because thankfully we are all well.
I am very grateful for the care you have given Mum. I know she misses you and at times she has felt quite lonely. Having independent care actually contributed to her identity, and it took the new circumstances for me to realise that “care” actually also equates to “independence”......Or maybe that’s just the HHC effect!
Thank you for your kindness and patience. We look forward to being clients again, hopefully in the near future.

Please pass on our thanks to your care worker for today’s notes on App... she and I discussed a few things when I was at the house and she’s kindly made time to follow through. Would you let her know, I’ll take the 2 chairs to Mums, will put them in sliding door shed if she (or anyone), wants to sit and have cup tea with mum in the garden.
Thanks also to your care worker for being kind enough to pop over when mum pressed button last Thursday. I’m speaking to family to ensure they don’t ask you again as it’s down to us to check on her.

Just wanted to say thank you so much for working with us over the tricky few months when things weren’t going so well. Mum seems to be responding so positively to the regulars (and one in particular) just like she does family ...
We’re so grateful .. please pass on our appreciation :)

For your info, the review outcome is excellent, very little decline! Medication remains unchanged.
The dementia nurse says all involved in Mum’s Care should give themselves credit for this, we emphasised how grateful we were that the Care from Harlestone is efficient and thoughtful, she thought the App was very helpful for families (which it is) to enable us to have an immediate insight.
So.. please pass on our thanks to all !
You can definitely see your enthusiasm in the work you write.
The sector hopes for more passionate writers like you who are not afraid to say how they believe.
Always follow your heart.
My mother has received the most excellent care over the last 12 months, thanks to all the hhc carers, you are brilliant.
Excellent care for my 92 yr old mother, adjustments needed following stay in hospital, they are brilliant and have a great team of carers to support mother.
Can't fault this team.
My Mother feels very safe with them and her face lights up with a big smile when the girls arrive.
We would be lost without them.
Please feel free to use me as a reference for anyone who wishes to use your services.
It's easy in this job to just come in and complete the tasks that need doing. Your staff are different, they actually see the person for who they are and not just the jobs that need doing. Its
wonderful!
I couldn't wish for a better team! My Mother in Law loves the staff coming in. She knows all of the girls names and is always asking when they will be here. She's asked so much that we have had to
put a clock at the end of the bed!
Your staff are so lovely! The way that they all get on, it's just like family.
Please don't ever let that change.
Unless client concerns are made known to Harlestone Home Care then the company is powerless to make the necessary changes to ensure the correct standard of care required by the client is reached. With this in mind, we ask that people please inform us of any areas that they are unhappy with or that would benefit from improvement.
Complaints can also be made with the Care Quality Commission and the local Adult Care Team and you can find details of these bodies in the information section of this website.
