What to use and when

Staff at HHC are continuously kept up to date with what to wear and when to wear it. We follow the government guidelines so that we keep everyone as safe as possible.

There are guidlines that we follow that are the same across the board and other areas where for a variety of reasons, more or different PPE may be required.

We risk assess each individual situation in order to ensure that the correct PPE is used for each person and their own personal situation.

Please do not be nervous if a care worker enters your home with full PPE. This is to ensure that we all stay safe; staff, clients and families alike and it is not a reflection on the part of the care worker or the client, nor does it mean that we believe that the client has coronavirus.

Stock Management

HHC currently have no concerns regarding PPE. Stock levels are monitored and checked weekly.

At any given time HHC office staff are able to tell you how much stock is in place and how long it is expected to last.

Please use the links to gain more information relating to PPE or call us at the office on 01604 419600.
