Full training for all staff will be given. You must have your own transport and we have excellent rates of pay!

Staff receive full induction training upon joining the company and this is continued and monitired during their working practice ensuring that they are comfortable within their work and are working to the standard required by Harlestone Home Care.
QCF Diplomas from levels 2 - 5 are delivered on site for those that would like to do them.
Further training and workshops are also available incuding: Alzheimer and other dementias, End of life care and much more!
There is scope for each employee with regard to personal development such as education, advancement and progression enabling all staff to acheive their full potential.
