Carrianne Butcher - Owner and Registered Manager


Hi Everyone,


I am Carrianne and I have been in the industry for 30 years. As you may imagine, during that time I have been lucky enough to have enjoyed a variety of positions including roles in training and education. For most of the past two years I was the Registered Manager of a high quality service provider.


When I decided to leave my previous post although I met some lovely people, I was unable to find the type of company I was looking for, who delivered care in the way that I feel it should be delivered. It was at this point that it was suggested that I create my own establishment so that I could have a company that has the same quality and values that are so important to me. I talked over ideas with my family and completed a great deal of research looking at how care is currently delivered and coming up with new ideas of how we feel things should be done. It was from here that Harlestone Home Care was born.

I'm Luis and I am the Care Co-ordinator.


I started work with Harlestone Home Care in March 2016. My role is to schedule all our clients care calls to fit appropriately and be able to work with and around our clients.


This role enables me to liaise with clients as well as their relatives, ensuring all appropriate changes are made. I enjoy leaving clients and their relatives knowing that they are in safe hands.





My name is Cassie and I am PR Support. 


I started work with Harlestone Home care as a full time care worker in April 2015. It wasn't long before I was promoted to the position of PR Support. I am a qualified Moving and Handling instructor and assist in the training of all staff. 


I love working for a company who is trying to make a difference. I couldn't work in a job that did not help people in some way. My job as PR support means I can support families and help to get them the care they need.
