Carrianne Butcher - Owner and Registered Manager
I am Carrianne and I have been in the industry for 35 years. As you may imagine, during that time I have been lucky enough to have enjoyed a variety of positions including roles in training and education. For most of the two years previous to working with Harlestone Home Care, I was the Registered Manager of a high quality service provider.
When I decided to leave my previous post although I met some lovely people, I was unable to find the type of company I was looking for, who delivered care in the way that I feel it should be delivered. It was at this point that it was suggested that I create my own establishment so that I could have a company that has the same quality and values that are so important to me. I talked over ideas with my family and completed a great deal of research looking at how care is currently delivered and coming up with new ideas of how we feel things should be done. It was from here that Harlestone Home Care was born.
I then went on to study and gained my level 5 in Health and Social Care as well as a level 7 in Strategic Management.
