Carrianne Butcher - Owner and Registered Manager

 

Hi Everyone,

 

I am Carrianne and I have been in the industry for 35 years. As you may imagine, during that time I have been lucky enough to have enjoyed a variety of positions including roles in training and education. For most of the two years previous to working with Harlestone Home Care, I was the Registered Manager of a high quality service provider.

 

When I decided to leave my previous post although I met some lovely people, I was unable to find the type of company I was looking for, who delivered care in the way that I feel it should be delivered. It was at this point that it was suggested that I create my own establishment so that I could have a company that has the same quality and values that are so important to me. I talked over ideas with my family and completed a great deal of research looking at how care is currently delivered and coming up with new ideas of how we feel things should be done. It was from here that Harlestone Home Care was born. 

 

I then went on to study and gained my level 5 in Health and Social Care as well as a level 7 in Strategic Management.

My name is Cassy and I am the care manager.

 

I have worked in the care sector for the passed 10 years and have numerous qualifications in social care such as:
QCF Diploma levels 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care.
End of Life Care - Level 3
Mentoring and Facilitating - Level 5 
I am currently working towards my level 5 in health and social care.  

 

I am passionate about my role at Harlestone Home Care and have found a company that really does put their clients and care workers first and goes the extra mile to support clients and their families.

Hi, I'm Imogen and I am the Deputy Manager.
 
I started work with Harlestone Home Care as a full time care worker in March 2018. I was promoted to Deputy Manager shortly after which is when I met all of the clients either already with the company or new to us.
I found this very rewarding and I enjoy listening to each persons story of their life.
With Harlestone Home Care I found that the extra time and attention given to the clients is a true reflection of the company and that is why I am here. I love having the chance to meet the carers who have been selectively chosen due to the same passion that we all share.
I feel I have a very unique and close friendship with all of the clients and carers and I would like to think that is reason I am in this position now.
